Ingredients
4 4oz tilapia fillets (or sole)
2 T olive oil
lemon juice
1 t paprika
1 t curry powder
1 scallion, finely chopped
Directions
Heat the oil over medium heat. Season the fish with the paprika, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Add to the skillet and cook, turning once, until just cooked through - about 5 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice and top with scallions.
