Barbecue Rub

Ingredients

3 T paprika
1 T brown sugar
1 T dried oregano
1 T ground coffee
1 1/2 t kosher salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions

Coat 2 pounds of meat with 1 T olive oil. Sprinkle with the rub, pressing gently to help it adhere.
