Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients

4 large eggs
2 cups grated parmesan

2 packages GF pasta
1 package bacon, diced

lots of frozen peas

Directions

Cook the pasta,
 then drain into a colander which is holding a bunch of frozen peas. 

Meanwhile, beat together eggs and cheese. Cook the bacon over low heat until desired crispness is reached.

Return pasta and peas to cooking pot, add in eggs, cheese, bacon. Stir thoroughly so that eggs are cooked.

Asian Pea and Onion Salad

Ingredients

Fresh peas, frozen peas, or snap peas
Red or sweet white onion
1 T fresh lime juice
1 t grated fresh ginger
2 t sesame oil
1 t olive oil

Directions

Slice or dice onions to match pea shape. Mix together lime juice, ginger, and oils; toss with veggies. Sprinkle with sea salt.
