Pan-seared Pork Chops

Ingredients

Pork chops
2t chili powder
2t brown sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup cilantro leaves and stems

Directions

Heat 1T of olive oil in a cast iron pan over medium heat.  Combine chili powder and sugar and rub into chops.  Cook chops for 3 minutes a side.

Blend orange juice, olive oil, and cilantro in a blender.  Serve with chops.
