Ingredients
3 cups milk
6 eggs or 1.5 cups egg whites
4 t vanilla extract
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1/2 t xanthan gum
310g GF flour
1/4 c melted butter
Directions
Set crepe pans over lowest heat to begin warming. Blend all ingredients thoroughly, then allow to rest for 5-10 minutes and blend again.
