Ingredients/Directions
Preheat waffle iron.
680g mochi flour
200g white sugar
1T baking powder
.5t fine salt
Whisk together dry ingredients.
6T unsalted butter, melted
2.5 cups whole milk, warmed
2t vanilla
2 eggs
Whisk together wet ingredients.
Add wet ingredients to mixer bowl and blend with paddle attachment on low until fully incorporated. Add dry ingredients and mix on low speed until combined. Mix on medium until smooth. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter into each section of waffle iron and cook for 3 minutes.
