Beef Satays

Ingredients

1/4 cup lime juice
2 T water
4 t tamari
2 garlic cloves
2 t fresh ginger
1 t sugar
3 T vegetable oil

8 oz steak or chicken
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1 T minced mint leaves
1 scallion, minced

Directions

Whisk together first six ingredients until emulsified. Pour half over meat and marinate around 30 minutes. Mix other half with minced herbs to make sauce. Grill meat and serve with rice, snow peas, or similar.
