Ingredients
1-2 lbs halibut or similar white fish
2 t chile powder
1/2 t cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 t kosher salt
2 T olive oil
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup minced cilantro
zest & juice of 1 lime
Directions
Mix spices and oils into a paste and rub onto surface of fish. Allow to marinate for 30 min - 4 hours. Grill.
Mix together sour cream, mayo, cilantro, and lime. Serve alongside fish.
