P.F. Chang's Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

2 T EVOO
2 lbs ground chicken
4 cloves garlic, pressed
2 small onions, diced
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup tamari
2 T rice wine vinegar
2 T fresh ginger
4 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

Heat oil in wok, then cook chicken until browned (3-5 minutes). Drain excess fat. Add all aromatics except green onions and cook until onions are translucent. Stir in green onions and cook for a minute or so more. Serve with iceberg lettuce leaves and rice.
