Ingredients
1/2 cup tamari
1/4 cup brown sugar
2t fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, smushed
1T maple syrup or honey
1t sesame oil
3T mirin
1/4 cup water with 1T cornstarch or tapioca starch
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for five minutes.
