Mediterranean Herb Rub

Ingredients

2 T dried basil
2 t dried thyme
1 t dried sage
1 t fennel seeds (optional)
1/2 t kosher salt
1/2 t pepper

Directions

Coat 2 pounds of meat with 1 T olive oil. Sprinkle with the rub, pressing gently to help it adhere.
