Ingredients
1 cup cubed peeled mango
1 cup cubed seeded tomato
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
2 T chopped cilantro
2 T olive oil
2 T fresh lime juice
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Best when made ahead of time. Even more fantastic with twice the mango, no tomato.
