Ingredients
1 lb ground lamb
1.5 cups panko
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 t minced fresh rosemary
1 egg
1/2 t coarse salt
Directions
Mix together all ingredients and form into flat meatballs. Heat some olive oil over medium-low heat and fry the meatballs for 2-3 minutes per side.
Nice served with rosemary roasted potatoes and carrots.
