GF Fruit Crisp

Ingredients

1 cup GF flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Fresh or frozen berries and/or apples
Directions

In a large bowl with a large whisk, blend together all dry ingredients. Whisk in melted butter. Spread over fruit in large glass baking dish and bake at 350' for 30-45 minutes, until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbling.
