Ingredients
2 cups basmati rice
1 bay leaf
1 t salt
1 t olive oil
2 T minced cilantro
2 T fresh lime juice
2 T fresh lemon juice
Directions
Add rice, bay leaf, salt, oil, and 3 cups water to rice cooker. Cook on white rice setting. When rice is done, remove bay leaf and stir in cilantro and juices.
