Ingredients
1 kg ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 small onion, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup finely minced parsley
1 T tomato paste
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 t dried oregano
1 t salt
1 t ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400'. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large bowl. Scoop mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet using smallest cookie scooper. Roll each scoop with hands to make firm balls. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until browned. Can be used immediately and/or frozen for future use.
