Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 2 pieces
2 T vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 T hoisin
2 T honey
1 T sesame oil
1 T soy sauce
broccoli, carrot, bell pepper, snow peas, etc.
udon noodles
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450'. Sear the pork on two sides, then roast in the oven about 10 minutes, until a thermometer reads 150' inside the roast. Remove pork and let rest; then slice for stir-fry.
In a large skillet, heat the oil and soften the onions, about 8 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Mix in the onions and the pork.
Boil noodles, steam veggies, then mix all the ingredients together in the skillet until heated through.

Salmon and Cream Pasta
Ingredients
1 lb pasta
1 lb salmon
olive oil
2 shallots, minced
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1/2 cup wine
1/2 cup cream
peas
Directions
Boil water and cook the pasta. Saute the salmon in a little olive oil over medium heat until cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove the salmon and let cool; add shallots and garlic to the oil and cook for a couple of minutes until golden but not brown. Add wine and reduce for a few minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream; simmer until slightly thickened.
Drain pasta and mix with salmon, peas, and cream sauce. Top with fresh basil and/or sea salt to taste.
