Smitten Kitchen Buttermilk Roast Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken pieces (do not halve chicken breasts as they will dry out)
2 cups buttermilk
5 garlic cloves, pressed
1T salt
1T white sugar
2t paprika
lots of freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine ingredients and coat chicken; leave to marinate in fridge for 2-48 hours.

Preheat oven to 425'. Line a cookie sheet with foil and arrange pieces with some space between. Bake for ~30 minutes.
