Grilled Pork Chops with Cucumber Dill Salad

Ingredients

Bone-in pork chops
honey
olive oil
garlic

1 large or 4 small cucumbers
1/2 small red onion
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 T olive oil
1/4 t sugar
2 T minced fresh dill

Marinate the pork chops in some olive oil, honey, and garlic. Grill on medium heat for ~5 minutes per side.

Peel and finely slice cucumbers and onion. Combine with lemon juice, oil, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Let sit 10 minutes, then gently fold in dill.
