Blueberry Crumble Muffins

Ingredients

For crumble:

3/4 cup flour
2 T brown sugar
2 T white sugar
4 T softened or melted unsalted butter
1/4 t vanilla
pinch of salt

For muffins:

2 1/4 cups flour
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
pinch of salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 t vanilla
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
1+ cup blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 400'.  Smush together crumble ingredients with a fork.  Mix dry muffin ingredients in large bowl, wet ones (and sugars) in medium bowl.  Gently fold wet into dry, adding blueberries just before mixed.  

Spoon 1/3 cup batter into each of 12 muffin cups.  Sprinkle crumble topping on each.  Bake for 20 minutes.
