Ingredients
2 lbs ground chicken
.5 cup teriyaki sauce
1t powdered garlic
1t salt
(original recipe calls for 1 cup panko, but the texture wasn't great - try without)
(try adding thinly sliced green onions)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pan-fry in vegetable oil, smashing them down so they are thin. If needed, finish cooking in oven set to 375'.
Suggested companion: Asian slaw, coconut rice.
