Pasta Carbonara

Ingredients

4 large eggs
2 cups grated parmesan

2 packages GF pasta
1 package bacon, diced

lots of frozen peas

Directions

Cook the pasta,
 then drain into a colander which is holding a bunch of frozen peas. 

Meanwhile, beat together eggs and cheese. Cook the bacon over low heat until desired crispness is reached.

Return pasta and peas to cooking pot, add in eggs, cheese, bacon. Stir thoroughly so that eggs are cooked.
