Lemon-Oregano Chicken

Ingredients

3 T lemon juice
2 T honey
1 T olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 t dried oregano

Chicken pieces - thighs or breasts, skin-on or skinless


Directions

Preheat oven to 375'. Mix first five ingredients, then pour over chicken in a roasting pan. Cook for 20-25 minutes.
