Ingredients
1 c butter
2/3 c sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
2 1/2 c sifted flour
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in egg, vanilla, and salt. Mix in flour. Chill dough 3-4 hours before rolling. Cut out shapes and bake at 350' for 8-10 minutes.
