Navajo Tacos

Ingredients

3 cups white flour
1.5 T baking powder
1.5 t salt
1 cup water
enough oil to fill pan to 1/2 inch

Directions

Heat oil over medium heat, until 375'. Whisk together dry ingredients. Gently knead in water. Can be kept under a wet dishtowel for a few hours. Tear off golfball-sized globs and roll on floured surface into flattish disk. Fry about 45 seconds per side.
