Ingredients
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 1/2 lbs steak (flap meat works well)
lettuce
green onions
fresh mint
cilantro
fresh basil
crushed peanuts
lime juice
Directions
Barbecue steak, basting with hoisin sauce (flap meat takes about 4 minutes/side). Slice thinly and serve over torn lettuce and minced herbs. Spritz with juice of a lime.
