Candy Cane Fudge

Ingredients

2 T butter
12 oz dark chocolate or chocolate chips
1 can condensed milk
1/8 t fine salt
crushed candy canes

Directions

Melt ingredients in a bowl set over a simmering saucepan of water.  Whisk until uniform and glossy.  Spread onto parchment paper and spread to even thickness.  Top with crushed candy canes (powder can be mixed in to fudge for extra peppermint flavour).  Chill and cut.
