Ingredients
3 T butter
2 cloves garlic, smashed
1 cup white wine
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
1 1/2 cups grated parmesan
1 package pasta
Directions
Saute garlic in butter until softened, about 1 minute. Pour in wine, and simmer until reduced by half, about ten minutes. Slowly stir cream and simmer until thickened, about fifteen minutes more.
