Hazelnut Crumb Crust Plum Tart


Ingredients

Crust & Crumbs

3/4 cup (175 grams) softened butter
50g ground hazelnuts
195g GF flour
100g white sugar
65g brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp fine salt

Filling

1 lb plums, sliced into quarters if small or eighths if big
10g GF flour
75g white sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp fine salt


Directions

Preheat oven to 350'. Mix together all ingredients for crust & crumbs. Press half of mixture into greased springform pan and bake for 15 minutes. Place in refrigerator to cool.

Place cut plums in a single layer on top of the crust. Mix remaining filling ingredients, then pour over plums. Top with remaining crust material, crumbled. Bake for 1 hour.
