Ingredients
1.5 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup salted butter
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 t fine salt
2 boxes gluten-free pasta
Spring veggies such as snow peas or asparagus
Grilled chicken
Directions
Cook pasta. Grill & slice chicken. Steam veggies.
Melt butter in a small saucepan, then add cream and bring to a near-boil. Lower the heat and mix in lemon juice and salt; keep warm.
Mix pasta, sauce, chicken, and veggies.
