Ingredients
Rice noodles or linguine
12 oz chicken breasts, sliced thinly
1T plus 1/4 cup tamari
Juice of 3 limes
1/4 cup Asian chili sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Broccoli, snow peas, or napa cabbage
Basil
Green onions
Directions
Soak rice noodles or boil water for linguine. Toss chicken with 1T tamari, let rest for 10-60 minutes. In 2c measuring cup, whisk together remaining tamari, lime juice, chili sauce, and sugar. Steam broccoli or snow peas over pasta water and set aside. Saute chicken in dutch oven and cook linguine. Add vegetables, noodles, and sauce to dutch oven and stir over heat to combine.
